German Customers Visit Our Company On The New Energy Vehicle Control Unit Housing Project

On November 29, 2021, Alex, the project manager of Alfa, Germany, and his team came to our company (Shenzhen Zhongzhu Technology Co., Ltd.) to discuss the new energy vehicle control unit housing project

The project consists of die-casting parts, fixed parts and stamping parts

The shell part is a die-cast part, which is a key part of our processing

The part needs to be die-casted; CNC machining, shot blasting, and the surface treatment is chrome

During CNC machining, drilling is required, and each contact surface with the PCB of the project needs to be CNC machined in place.

German companies have stricter quality requirements. Alex's visit is very helpful to the quality awareness of our grassroots employees and strengthens the company's overall quality control of products.

ALFA focuses on automobile testing in Germany, and has a good cooperative relationship with famous car companies such as Audi and BMW. It plans to establish a new energy vehicle test base in Changchun. It is gradually advancing at this stage.
