Die Design Of Large Sloping Roof And Large Straight Roof
Die Design of Large Sloping Roof and Large Straight Roof
1: The mold design of this product cannot be demolded, what should I do?
Two: If the demolding slope is not good, the mold can't be taken off no matter how good it is!
Three: It is not difficult to demould the push block of the mold!
Four: Mold slider (row position) structure, understand and easily demould!
Note for inclined roof design:
1. Determine the inclined top angle according to the actual stroke H, generally 3~12°, and the inclination should be as small as possible; the conventional inclination is 5~8°, and the core-pulling distance of the top is generally greater than the core-pulling distance of the product by 2~3mm; for large products The core-pulling distance is generally 5~10mm larger than the core-pulling distance of the product to ensure the normal demoulding of the product.
2. Design the guide block according to the size of the inclined roof; the materials are generally 40Cr, bronze, 738 (surface nitriding);
3. The inclined roof material is H13, SKD-61, FDAC, and is treated with nitriding;
4. The inclined roof needs to be processed with oil grooves (except the top and bottom surfaces of the inclined roof);
5. The top surface of the inclined top is 0.05~0.1mm lower than the product surface, so as to avoid shoveling glue during ejection and affecting the product surface;
6. When the product is very deep and there is a sloping top on the side, and when the product has multiple buckles and there are assembly requirements, the sloping top should be positioned with a step to ensure the consistency of size.
