Production Capacity

2. Die Casting: Products maximum size can reach up to 1000mm*400 mm*100mm, weight 20KG, precision can meet CT3 Grade. 20T-2500T equipments 28 sets total.

3. CNC: 3, 4, 5 axis CNC machining is available. Precision can reach 0.01mm. Total 135 sets equipments.

4. Plastic injection: Total 67 sets injection machines from 50T to 550T. Most are used for auto and medical parts.

5. Stamping: 60T-250T stamping machines 15 sets, processing precision can reach to 0.03mm. The maximum processing size is 400*600*300mm.

6. Cold Heading: 10 sets equipments, the maximum working position is 6 dies 6 punches. The maximum diameter reach 32mm.
